Accessibility
A sleep program should be usable by everyone who needs it.
This statement covers both the website and the on-property experience, including the gaps we are still closing.
This website
Digital accessibility commitments.
- Target standard: WCAG 2.2 Level AA across every page of this site.
- All interactive charts include a text summary, data table or downloadable CSV alternative.
- Motion and reveal animations respect the operating system reduced-motion preference.
- Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus ring and a skip-to-content link.
- Semantic headings, labelled form fields and descriptive alternative text on meaningful imagery.
- Colour pairings are checked for contrast in both light surfaces and night surfaces.
On property
Accommodations available during the four days.
Requests are collected during the access application so they can be arranged before arrival rather than improvised on site.
- Step-free access to the suite floor and recovery spaces.
- Adjustable bed height and transfer support on request.
- Written session materials as an alternative to verbal-only instruction.
- Quiet, low-stimulation arrival option for guests with sensory sensitivity.
- Dietary, mobility and companion-support needs collected before arrival.
Known gaps
What we are still working on.
Some complex network and geographic visualisations are currently best experienced visually. Each one ships with a written summary and a CSV export as the equivalent path, and richer screen-reader narration is in progress.
If any part of this site or program is difficult to use, tell us in the access application and we will provide the information in an alternative format.
