Sleep Week

Medical disclaimer

An educational sleep program, not a diagnosis.

Sleep Week is designed to identify patterns, screen for possible concerns and support better sleep behavior. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

What Sleep Week does

  • Measures sleep across three consecutive nights in a controlled environment.
  • Identifies behavioral and environmental patterns associated with poor sleep.
  • Screens for signals that warrant follow-up with a qualified clinician.
  • Produces an educational Sleep Blueprint with practical, behavior-first guidance.

What Sleep Week does not do

  • It is not a full attended polysomnography or a diagnostic sleep study.
  • It does not diagnose sleep apnea, insomnia disorder or any other condition.
  • It does not prescribe, adjust or discontinue medication.
  • It does not replace ongoing care from your physician or sleep specialist.

When to seek care

Signals that belong with a clinician, not a program.

  • Witnessed pauses in breathing, choking or gasping during sleep.
  • Falling asleep involuntarily while driving or working.
  • Sudden, severe insomnia alongside mood changes or thoughts of self-harm.
  • Chest pain, severe shortness of breath or new neurological symptoms at night.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
